A considered connection between your stock and our client searches.

What is a Sparkly Zetta stock partnership?

A stock partnership with Sparkly Zetta Ltd is a relationship with a dealership or specialist vehicle supplier to discuss suitable luxury and performance vehicles for client searches. It can involve responding to a sourcing brief, putting selected stock forward for consideration, or agreeing permission to feature a vehicle. Each opportunity and its commercial terms are discussed individually.

Start with the stock you handle and how you prefer to work. Together, we can discuss the specification, buyer communication, pricing, any fees and the next steps for a relevant enquiry.

A closer match to the brief.

What makes a vehicle relevant?

The right specification makes the difference.

Luxury SUVs, performance cars, grand tourers and prestige saloons can all be relevant. The detail helps us assess whether a vehicle fits a particular search.

  • The essentialsMake, model, derivative, registration year and mileage.
  • The specificationExterior colour, interior, notable options, condition and service history.
  • The commercial detailAsking price, currency and clearly stated VAT status.
  • The practicalitiesLocation, current availability, listing link and supporting photographs.

Distinctive specifications, desirable interiors and VAT-qualifying stock may suit a client brief. Let us know whether you are willing to discuss an export transaction, where applicable.

Clarity at every stage

A professional approach to every opportunity.

Useful introductions start with a defined brief. Progress depends on clear information, a shared understanding of responsibilities and a direct conversation.

About import & delivery
Relevant conversations
Discuss the specification, budget and destination behind an enquiry, including UK and international requirements where supported.
Considered presentation
Discuss how vehicle information and photography may be used, with permission agreed before publication.
Commercial understanding
Clarify pricing, any fees and the people responsible for each stage before an opportunity progresses.

From introduction to opportunity

A conversation. Then a clear next step.

  1. 01

    Introduce your business

Share your dealership details, a contact person and the type of stock you handle.

  2. 02

    Identify suitable opportunities

Discuss relevant vehicles, client requirements and the proposed way of working.

  3. 03

    Agree the details

Confirm pricing, responsibilities, any fees, and permissions for sharing or featuring stock.

  4. 04

    Progress the enquiry

Coordinate the next steps for a specific opportunity, with availability reconfirmed before commitments are made.

An enquiry alone does not establish a partnership, commit either party to a transaction or authorise publication of stock.

Confidence in the detail

Clear permissions.
Accurate representation.

Before a vehicle is featured, agree permission to use the photography and description, how the supplying dealer is identified and how its status is represented.

Before an enquiry progresses, confirm who communicates with the buyer and who handles the sale, payment, invoicing and handover. Pricing and any fees or commission should be clear.

Agree a direct way to communicate price changes, reservations and sold vehicles, so the information stays accurate.

Speak with Sparkly Zetta
01Who can become a stock partner?

Dealerships and specialist vehicle suppliers are invited to start a conversation. Share your business details and the stock you handle so we can discuss whether there is a suitable opportunity. An enquiry does not automatically establish a partnership.

02What types of vehicles are relevant?

Luxury and performance vehicles are the focus, including luxury SUVs, performance cars, grand tourers and prestige saloons. The specification, condition, price and availability need to fit the particular client brief.

03Does stock need to be VAT-qualifying?

The VAT requirement depends on the client brief and proposed transaction. Please state the vehicle’s VAT status, or select “Unsure” in the form. Distinctive specifications, desirable interiors and VAT-qualifying stock may be relevant to a particular search.

04Can I submit a vehicle for a specific sourcing brief?

Yes. Include the brief or requirements you are responding to, together with a listing link, asking price and availability. A submission is an invitation to assess the match, not a purchase commitment or a guarantee of buyer interest.

05Will you publish our vehicles or photographs?

Publication needs to be agreed separately. Submitting a vehicle does not give permission to advertise it or reuse your photographs. Any proposed presentation should include agreed permissions and accurate information about the supplying dealer and vehicle status.

06How are fees or commissions agreed?

Any fees or commission need to be clarified before an opportunity progresses. The proposed arrangement, pricing and responsibilities are matters for the initial discussion; this page does not set a standard fee or commission rate.

07Who handles the sale and payment?

The responsibilities need to be confirmed for each arrangement. This includes who communicates with the buyer, who is the contracting seller, and who handles payment, invoicing and handover. Share your proposed way of working when you enquire.

08How should we communicate availability or price changes?

Agree a point of contact and an update process before stock is shared or featured. That discussion should cover price changes, reservations and sold vehicles. Availability is reconfirmed with the supplying dealer before commitments are made.
