A CONSIDERED APPROACH
What does our import
and delivery service include?
Sparkly Zetta Ltd helps clients sourcing a luxury vehicle in the UK coordinate its onward journey. Depending on the agreed service, this can include shipping and destination import requirements, with support through delivery. Transport providers and relevant specialists carry out their respective services. The route, responsibilities and itemised costs are agreed before proceeding. Delivery, customs clearance and registration are distinct requirements; availability depends on the vehicle and destination.

Complexity becomes easier to navigate when each step has a purpose—and each responsibility is understood.
Start with your journey- 01
Define the journey
Start with the vehicle, collection location and destination. Share your preferred timing and anything that needs particular attention.
- 02
Agree the arrangements
Review the proposed transport arrangements, itemised costs and responsibilities. Confirm what is included, what is excluded and which specialists are involved.
- 03
Prepare for collection
Work through the documents and collection arrangements required for the agreed route. Confirm access, the collection contact and any provider-specific handover requirements.
- 04
Coordinate transport and formalities
Shipping and relevant import requirements are coordinated within the agreed scope. Confirm how progress updates will be provided and who handles each customs step.
- 05
Arrange the final handover
Agree the delivery point and any outstanding destination requirements. Customs clearance, local compliance and road registration are separate from the physical delivery.
CARE BEGINS WITH THE DETAILS.TAILORED TO THE MOVEMENT
The right arrangements
for the car—
and the journey.
Vehicle dimensions, value, condition and access all matter. So do the distance, collection readiness and what the destination requires.
The proposed transport method and handling arrangements should be assessed with the relevant providers and set out in your brief before proceeding.
Confirm the applicable cover, limits, exclusions and any additional requirements for your specific movement before booking.
THE DESTINATION MATTERS
Across borders.
With the details considered.
Every destination asks different questions. Feasibility starts with the individual vehicle and the requirements that apply where it is going.
- 01 / The destination
- Country, city, proposed delivery point and who will act as the importer.
- 02 / The vehicle
- Year, specification, steering configuration, condition and ownership documents.
- 03 / The requirements
- Applicable clearance, compliance and registration steps, assessed with the relevant specialists.
Collection and onward-delivery arrangements, where applicable, must be confirmed within the sourcing brief. For a standalone movement or an import into the UK, contact us to discuss feasibility before assuming that service is available.

Explore Fees & ProcessTHE PAPERWORK, CONSIDERED
The right documents.
For the right route.
Requirements vary by route, vehicle and importer. Depending on the circumstances, examples may include a purchase invoice, vehicle registration document, identification and authority for a representative to act. Confirm the exact list with the relevant provider or adviser.
For a permanent UK export of 12 months or more, DVLA must be notified. Retain the remaining V5C for registration abroad. Destination requirements and any taxes or duties need a separate assessment; a vehicle’s VAT status alone does not establish an exemption or recovery entitlement.
UK guidance checked 23 October 2026. The relevant destination authority’s requirements must also be checked for the proposed movement.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before the journey.
Can you help export a car sourced in the UK?
Yes, where applicable to the agreed sourcing brief. Sparkly Zetta can help coordinate shipping and destination import requirements. The vehicle, route, costs and responsibilities need to be assessed before arrangements are agreed.
What is included in import and delivery coordination?
The written scope determines what is included. It may cover shipping coordination and relevant destination import requirements as part of a UK vehicle sourcing brief. Specialist providers perform their respective services; clearance, compliance, onward delivery and registration must each be confirmed.
How long does international vehicle delivery take?
Timing is assessed for the individual journey. Collection readiness, transport availability, documentation and destination formalities can all affect it. Ask for the proposed schedule and how any changes will be communicated before proceeding.
What documents will I need?
Requirements vary by vehicle, route and importer. The relevant provider or adviser should confirm the document list. Examples may include the purchase invoice, registration document, identification and authority for a representative to act. A permanent UK export also has DVLA requirements.
What does the delivery quote include?
Only the items expressly included in the quote. Check transport and handling charges, insurance arrangements, port or storage costs, customs-agent fees and onward delivery separately. Taxes, duties, compliance and registration costs should be clearly identified rather than assumed to be covered.
How are insurance and registration handled?
Both must be confirmed for the specific movement. Ask about applicable cover, limits, exclusions and any additional requirements before booking. Destination registration is a separate process; Sparkly Zetta can point you towards the next steps, but delivery alone does not make a car legally ready to drive.
